📋 Description

• Implement advanced tax techniques including cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, depreciation optimization, and real estate professional status • Review and prepare complex individual, partnership, and S Corporation returns • Participate in client planning kickoffs, quarterly advisory meetings, and ongoing entity structuring or compensation analysis • Mentor junior staff • Review the work of staff and senior associates • Contribute innovative ideas to scale the firm's advisory framework

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of public accounting tax experience • Solid technical foundation in preparation and review of tax returns • Active CPA or EA designation is required • Strong working knowledge of pass-through business taxation • Distinct interest or exposure to sophisticated real estate taxation • Comfortable participating in client-facing strategic conversations alongside leadership • Eye for the bigger picture
