📋 Description

• Oversee and guide daily accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end and year-end close processes. • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all relevant regulations. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient internal controls. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on key performance indicators and trends. • Oversee the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant guidance. • Review customer contracts and assess proper revenue recognition treatment. • Work closely with sales and legal teams to address revenue recognition matters. • Oversee and manage the annual financial audit and income tax preparation processes. • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred. • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a leadership role. • Strong technical accounting knowledge, GAAP expertise, and in-depth understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606). Experience with NetSuite is required. • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
