📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate the commercial book: SaaS customer agreements, order forms, DPAs, partner and channel agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs. • Run deals end to end as the legal point of contact, pulling in finance, security, product, and engineering when a deal needs them. • Maintain the standard legal toolkit: MSA, DPA, NDA, and SOW templates, negotiation playbooks, and self-service paths. • Design and stand up AI and automation workflows for contract intake, review, and drafting. • Train and equip GTM and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• A JD and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction. • 5+ years of commercial transactional experience, in-house or at a firm, with real depth in SaaS and technology agreements. • A track record of running commercial deals independently and getting to signature without hand-holding. • Strong legal operations instincts. • Sound business judgment. • Fluency with privacy requirements in commercial contracting, including DPAs, data-handling terms, and cross-border transfer obligations. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Comfort in a fast-moving, lean team where you own outcomes and figure things out.
