📋 Description

• Own and manage a dedicated book of 30 to 40 clients • Serve as the primary client contact via email, Zoom, and phone • Meet with clients quarterly to review financial statements and provide strategic insights • Oversee general ledger activity and financial statement preparation • Perform heavy account reconciliations to ensure technical accuracy • Facilitate the tax compliance process by preparing returns and providing clean financials to the tax department • Review transactional work and ensure monthly accounting activities stay on schedule • Provide accounting, advisory services, tax preparation, and bookkeeping support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a CPA firm is mandatory • CPA or actively pursuing CPA is preferred • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must • Experience with UltraTax is a plus • Strong hands-on tax planning and preparation skills • Problem-solving ability • Comfortable in a client-facing role • Ability to thrive in a self-driven, remote environment • Prior experience working with dental or healthcare clients is preferred
