📋 Description
• Lead, Manage & Develop the Team Directly LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability) a team of tax advisors and preparers • Drive TAS engagements for Prime and Elite clients—proactive planning, multi-scenario tax strategy, and white-glove service delivery • Own the quality and consistency of the compliance practice • Serve as the firm’s senior client-facing presence for complex engagements • Build and maintain the systems that keep the team sharp
🎯 Requirements
• CPA required; MS in Taxation strongly preferred • 10+ years of public accounting experience with meaningful time in a leadership or review capacity • Mastery of tax strategy development • Ability to quickly diagnose a client’s situation and sketch out the tactics to mitigate their tax exposure • Deep fluency in individual and business taxation—1040s, 1120-S, 1065, multi-state, multi-entity structures • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the advisory level • Experience managing or developing tax staff • Comfortable in a growing firm—you bring structure, not just headcount
