📋 Description
• Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings • Design and implement high-impact strategies like cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation optimization • Review financials to identify missed planning opportunities and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization • Prepare or review complex returns that reflect deep strategic planning rather than just transactional data entry • Help strengthen and scale the firm's advisory offerings and elevate the firm’s technical standards • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience • Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED • Deep knowledge of business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax minimization strategies • Confidence in leading client-facing conversations and translating complex tax laws into actionable business advice • Think strategically rather than transactionally.
