📋 Description

• Lead tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor • Build strong relationships with clients • Deliver high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a growing client base • Manage the preparation and delivery of quarterly tax projections and ad hoc client requests • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax filings • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in tax procedures • Provide expert guidance and support to customers • Communicate regularly with rapidly growing businesses, successful entrepreneurs, and family offices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Tax • CPA or CPA candidate (REQUIRED) • 6+ years (minimum) working in public accounting (REQUIRED) • Experience working in a client-facing role, communicating with business leaders via email, phone, and video calls • Tech-forward; ability to learn new software and comfortable using technology in general • Independent worker • Ability to coach and train associates • Available to work between the normal business day (ex. 9am to 5pm) to be responsive to client requests • Experience using CCH Axcess (nice to have) • Experience using SafeSend Suite (nice to have) • Prior experience working with small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, family offices, and individual owners (nice to have)
