📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience • Proven background in delivering advisory services, not just compliance • Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED • Deep knowledge of business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax minimization strategies • Confidence in leading client-facing conversations • Ability to translate complex tax laws into actionable business advice • Strategic rather than transactional mindset • Desire to help build and scale an exceptional firm
