• Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS • Assisting customers with purchase-related questions and order support • Following up on pending inquiries and unresolved customer interactions • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates • Providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support • Building positive customer relationships through clear communication
• Previous customer service experience • Previous call center experience • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Comfortable multitasking across systems and tabs • Basic computer proficiency, including typing, copy/paste, and navigation skills • Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills • Reliable and professional work ethic • To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below: • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported) • 12–16 GB RAM • Dual monitors • Webcam • Fibre internet with a wired connection • Backup power solution • Microsoft Teams / Office 365
