📋 Description

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Define project scope, objectives, requirements, roles, and responsibilities • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align project activities with established goals and timelines • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items through completion • Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays • Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when appropriate • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle • Track project performance against milestones, KPIs, and success criteria • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and decision records • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and ways of working • Support change management and implementation activities • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3–5+ years of project management, program management, operations, or related experience • Demonstrated experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience developing project plans, status reports, executive updates, and project documentation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management and collaboration tools • Preferred: Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization • Preferred: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Preferred: Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project • PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or other relevant project management certification is a plus
