📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) • Remove impediments for the team • Coach the team on Agile practices • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined backlog
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, etc.) • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
