📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions that improve customer service operations • Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable capabilities • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow • Configure and enhance case management, Omni-Channel routing, queues, entitlements, milestones, and Knowledge • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware • Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and maintain security and data integrity • Conduct code reviews, support testing and deployments, and mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including substantial hands-on Service Cloud experience • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce integration patterns • Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred • Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus
