📋 Description

• Meet with candidates weekly throughout their engagement • Understand each candidate’s career story, strengths, motivations, values, and goals • Help candidates develop their Career Prayer™ • Partner with candidates to build and strengthen resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and professional narratives • Activate candidates’ networks through Career Prayer and targeted outreach • Identify target roles, companies, industries, and opportunities • Prepare candidates for interviews and important career conversations • Use AI and research tools to improve preparation, insight, and personalization • Collaborate with other coaches, operations, and the founder to improve the candidate experience • Potentially build a book of business with Respiris • Develop relationships with HR leaders, companies, and referral partners • Create a Respiris community in the coach’s geography • Host local events, roundtables, and gatherings • Grow candidate and client relationships in the market • Mentor other coaches and help shape the candidate experience • Partner with the founder on market development, community, and growth

🎯 Requirements

• An undergraduate degree • Meaningful professional experience across more than one company, environment, industry, or stage of business • Strong understanding of how careers are built, changed, and reinvented • Experience navigating organizations, leaders, teams, hiring processes, or career decisions • Exceptional listening, communication, and relationship-building skills • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness • Ability to build trust quickly and ask thoughtful, sometimes difficult questions • Strong judgment and ability to operate without a rigid playbook • Comfort adapting the approach based on the individual • Ability to recognize patterns, identify obstacles, and help candidates find creative paths forward • Strong follow-through and reliability • Comfort working independently while staying highly collaborative with the Respiris team • Availability during business hours for candidate sessions • Curiosity about careers, strengths, motivation, and human potential • Comfort learning and using different platforms • Ability to experiment with AI tools and improve prompting • Ability to research quickly and understand how technology can improve coaching • Willingness to learn AI platforms, experiment with new tools, and become an AI expert • Willingness to reflect on and share experiences that shaped you
