📋 Description

• Own how Retell AI looks across customer touchpoints, including the website, trade show floor, launches, and social media • Ship visual assets for launch campaigns, landing pages, social media, blog thumbnails, and sales collateral • Turn abstract voice AI concepts into understandable diagrams, illustrations, and product marketing graphics • Extend the brand system across typography, color, illustration, and templates • Enable the company to produce on-brand work without design involvement for every asset • Own physical and experiential brand surfaces, including event booths, one-pagers, signage, and company merchandise • Participate in portfolio review, recruiter screen, hiring manager conversation, design exercise, and onsite interview

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of brand or marketing design experience • Portfolio showing a wide range of brand work across web, social, print, and campaign work • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to take a request from brief to shipped asset in days • Comfort working from a one-line brief and taking feedback well • Visa/work authorization eligibility for the United States; Retell AI sponsors qualified candidates • Illustration or 3D skills for custom graphics, icons, and product imagery (nice to have) • Motion and video experience with After Effects, Rive, or similar (nice to have) • Web design experience with HTML/CSS, Webflow, or Framer (nice to have) • Experience at an AI or developer-tools company (nice to have) • Prompt-level fluency with AI image and video tools (nice to have)
