📋 Description

• Manage the entire accounting function, including maintaining the general ledger in QuickBooks Online • Record all financial transactions accurately and on time • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and collections • Own and execute the monthly close process • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Deliver a clean monthly reporting package to leadership • Identify and explain key financial trends and variances • Manage payroll through QuickBooks Online / Gusto • Ensure payroll taxes and filings are completed accurately and on time • Maintain accurate inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) • Track cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margins • Establish and maintain clean, scalable accounting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online • Experience managing full monthly close independently • Hands-on experience with AR, AP, and reconciliations • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
