📋 Description

• Analyze and assess complex financial models to identify efficiency and accuracy improvements • Analyze investment data and derive insights into key financial drivers • Use technology tools to streamline Excel workflows and reduce manual processes • Write and maintain code that ingests and exports data between Excel files and databases • Translate components of Excel-based models into C# code for web-based applications • Gain exposure to real estate equity and debt investment concepts in financial models • Test, document, and improve existing models and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution, graduating 2028, pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or current master’s student, graduating 2028, pursuing a graduate degree • Must be a student during the June–August 2027 internship program • Minimum GPA of 3.2 • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities • Ability to multitask while remaining highly organized and detail-focused • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
