• Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts • Provide tools, knowledge, and training for success in the role
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred) • One (1) year of Collection Experience (preferred) • Mathematical and Analytical Skills • Negotiation Skills
