📋 Description

• Facilitate client discovery sessions, onsite and virtual, to define product roadmaps, MVP boundaries, and success metrics. • Translate client vision into Product Requirement Documents, prioritized feature backlogs, and detailed user stories. • Conduct client product demos and manage stakeholder expectations across analysis, design, and execution. • Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, architects, and designers using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Establish shared understanding across teams to unblock engineering, eliminate delivery friction, and empower autonomous decision-making. • Drive project governance in Azure DevOps, maintaining clean backlogs, accurate tracking, and high delivery velocity. • Use generative AI tools and rapid-prototyping platforms such as v0 to generate wireframes and validate user experiences. • Explore and implement emerging AI workflows to accelerate client communication, requirements gathering, and design iterations. • Serve as the primary client point of contact through proactive communication, delivery updates, and value creation. • Guide clients through technical tradeoffs, scope management, and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle Product Management experience within a client-facing, consultancy, or agency environment. • Strong understanding of MVP prioritization frameworks, user story mapping, PRD development, and Agile/Scrum delivery. • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-assisted design/prototyping tools such as v0. • Familiarity with AWS cloud-native services or healthcare platforms/HIPAA compliance standards is preferred. • Experience with AWS is preferred. • Experience with healthcare platforms and HIPAA security standards is preferred. • Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools is preferred. • Experience with GitHub is preferred. • Must satisfy U.S. work authorization requirements for direct W-2 employment through E-Verify.
