📋 Description

• Drive Agile adoption at the Domain and Enterprise levels, aligning Agile teams with business strategy • Work with leadership to refine and continuously improve the organization’s Agile framework • Champion cultural transformation toward Agile principles and leadership behavior change • Mentor and develop Agile Delivery Leads to improve Agile execution at the Pod/Sub-domain level • Partner with VPs, Directors, and Business Owners to strengthen Agile capabilities • Support leaders in shifting from traditional project-based delivery to Agile value streams • Design internal Agile training and certification programs with the EPMO Learning Solutions team • Track Agile transformation success metrics, including efficiency, employee engagement, and business agility • Partner with Agile Delivery Leads to understand Pod/Sub-domain challenges and scale best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience required • 3+ years as a Team Coach (Scrum Master), Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or equivalent experience leading Agile adoption across multiple teams • Experience coaching senior leadership, Agile Delivery Leads, and teams in Agile ways of working • Strong knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) required • Additional Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CSP-SM, LPM) preferred • Deep expertise in Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, or equivalent) • Experience mentoring Agile Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and senior leaders • Ability to define and implement Agile operating models and governance • Expertise in organizational change management and Agile adoption at scale • Ability to lead Agile cultural transformations and drive leadership mindset shifts • Strong influence and facilitation skills to align senior leadership and teams • Experience designing and delivering enterprise Agile training programs • Ability to track and measure Agile maturity across Pods/Sub-Domains and Domains • Strong skills in value stream mapping and optimizing Agile delivery flows
