📋 Description

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary project team across the project life cycle • Plan and deliver data management activities consistently, timely, and with high quality • Develop and use innovative tools to automate manual tasks and identify data trends • Collaborate with biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and clinical operations personnel • Independently perform and oversee data management tasks • Design CRFs and standard documentation • Review protocols and identify basic study plan issues • Assist with data import setup and standard report development • Support EDC design/testing, create edit checks, and perform UAT • Draft templates and guidelines • Lead data review planning and execution • Manage query workflows and SAE reconciliation • Identify trends and prepare review meeting materials • Support integration setup/testing and manage lab ranges • Handle standard vendor data and flag discrepancies • Execute lock checklists and data verification • Review PDF packages and support TMF readiness • Improve processes, update documents, and support audits • Apply RBQM and QbD principles • Manage tasks across multiple projects and timelines • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams • Handle vendor interactions and support change initiatives • Onboard and mentor new team members • Attend in-person meetings as required • Maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, take initiative, and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • At least 2-5 years of clinical data management experience • Experience working in clinical trials databases in a commercially available EDC system (e.g. Rave, Medrio, RedCap, Veeva) • Working knowledge of an electronic data capture (EDC) system and CRF design principles • Demonstrated knowledge of data review and reconciliation process • Demonstrated effective analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to independently utilize available resources, including following Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and templates • Clear and effective written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in support of various projects • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
