📋 Description

• Own and manage operational workflows, including account exceptions, failed orders, and customer-initiated requests • Work with the EDI vendor, utilities, and internal teams to investigate and resolve transaction exceptions • Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability • Communicate system bugs, operational risks, and business feedback to internal stakeholders and department leadership • Support operational requests within established SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate resolution • Partner with the manager and cross-functional teams to execute prioritized initiatives and meet deadlines • Document workflows, processes, and resolutions to improve operational consistency and knowledge sharing • Investigate and resolve failed orders and account exceptions with minimal disruption • Translate recurring operational issues into actionable improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in backend operations, transaction management, operational workflows, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating issues and identifying root causes • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with Excel • Comfort working with operational data and reporting tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly • Proactive, self-motivated approach • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and interest in continuous improvement • Experience in retail energy, electricity supply, utilities, or another transaction-intensive industry • Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and transaction management • Experience with customer service ticketing platforms, EDI management software, or data visualization tools • Experience testing operational workflows and documenting business processes • Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and energy innovation
