📋 Description

• Durchführung der Systemeinführung von RIB Civil inklusive Integration in RIB iTWO bei Neukunden • Beratung und Schulung von Kund*innen – sowohl online als auch vor Ort • Aktive Unterstützung der Neukundenakquisition in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb • Betreuung von Key-Kunden sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften • Überzeugende Präsentation der Lösungen im Pre-Sales- und Verkaufsprozess • Planung, Vorbereitung und eigenständige Umsetzung vertriebsunterstützender Maßnahmen

🎯 Requirements

• Kompetenz im Straßen- und Tiefbauwesen (z.B. als Bauingenieur, Verkehrswegeplaner, Vermessungsingenieur, …) • Hohe Selbstständigkeit/ ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung, starke Kundenorientierung und gutes Zeitmanagement • Sichere Kommunikation & Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Teamplayer*in • Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine (max. 25-30% p.a.) • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B1) • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in der Anwendung, Schulung oder Implementierung von RIB Civil/ STRATIS • Erfahrung in einer beratenden Funktion im Bauumfeld, z.B. als Consultant/ Trainer, Projektleiter, Dozent im Straßen- und Tiefbau in Bildungseinrichtungen, …
