📋 Description

• Provide technical support via telephone, email, and chat • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers • Document technical issues and resolutions • Participate in customer conference calls • Assist technical teams during critical incidents

• Excellent customer service skills • Knowledge of technical support best practices • Experience with RIB products and related technologies • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a remote environment
