📋 Description

• Lead the global Product Development organization and establish its vision, strategy, operating model, and priorities. • Own development execution, productization, lifecycle management, and operational performance across the Product Development portfolio. • Oversee Tax, Legal & Regulatory product delivery, product maintenance and enhancements, new product introductions, and hot fix management. • Transition new products, services, tools, and capabilities from Research & Development into production operations. • Establish governance, prioritization frameworks, and investment strategies aligned with business and client value. • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align development priorities with company objectives and client requirements. • Oversee portfolio planning, resource strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and budget management. • Establish and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and governance processes. • Drive automation, modern engineering practices, process optimization, and operational excellence. • Own development-related business risks, strategic initiatives, product readiness, and cross-functional dependencies. • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team. • Represent Product Development in executive, client, partner, and strategic stakeholder engagements. • Drive organizational capability, succession planning, and talent development. • Transition approved product strategies and requirements into scalable, supportable, commercially viable products and services. • Ensure operational readiness, adoption, supportability, and long-term product success after General Availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software development, product management, technology services, or related organizations • Proven success leading global, multifunctional teams with responsibility for strategy, business outcomes, financial performance, and organizational growth • Experience bringing enterprise software products and services from concept through commercialization, General Availability, and lifecycle management • Experience managing product development portfolios involving regulatory, compliance, enhancement, and new product initiatives • Demonstrated success driving innovation, automation, organizational transformation, and operational excellence in a global environment • Executive leadership skills across a global product development organization • Strong business and financial acumen • Strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities in complex, matrixed environments • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global leadership teams • Communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of enterprise software product lifecycle management, commercialization, operational readiness, and scalable delivery models • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
