📋 Description

• Design and align enterprise architecture with business strategy and objectives • Define architecture models and standards to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions • Analyze current processes, capabilities, and structures to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation • Drive IT Governance and Data Governance initiatives • Apply enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices • Support business and technology transformation initiatives by connecting business needs with technology capabilities • Engage with business units and stakeholders to understand needs, develop proposals, and facilitate strategic decision-making • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization, identify transformation opportunities, and design efficient, scalable, secure, and sustainable architectures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field • More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or related roles • Experience in the banking or financial services sector, participating in architecture, business transformation, or technology transformation projects • Experience working with IT Governance and Data Governance models • Experience analyzing and improving processes, capabilities, and operating models • TOGAF — Expert • Enterprise Architecture — Expert • IT Governance — Expert • Knowledge of DAMA and data management frameworks • Proficiency with enterprise architecture modeling tools • Strategic thinking and systems perspective • Ability to connect strategy, processes, people, data, and technology • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with different departments and organizational levels • Strong analytical skills, sound judgment in decision-making, and results orientation • English — B2 • Software Architecture — Expert • English — C1 • Spanish — Native
