📋 Description
• Administer and provide support for Microsoft platforms, including Microsoft 365 and identity services • Administer Windows Server and manage the tenant • Manage license activation • Handle incidents and escalate cases to Microsoft
🎯 Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience, with demonstrated participation in at least two (2) projects of a similar nature • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support, identity services, Windows Server, and tenant administration • Experience with license activation, incident management, and escalating cases to Microsoft • Professional degree • Strong communication skills and technical proficiency
