• Lead the end-to-end execution and communication of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span strategy, operations, analytics, marketing, and frontline teams • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership • Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment on goals, accountability, and deliverables • Support intake, prioritization, and resource planning across a range of initiatives and business needs • Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies for meeting project outcomes and leverage subject matter expertise to make recommendations, escalating where appropriate • Support the evolution of the SSC project management office as projects and the team grow • Contribute to and document developing project management processes and operating rhythms across SSC, with recommendations for scalable solutions (anticipating growth) • Manage documentation, issue resolution, reporting, and communication cadences that support stakeholder trust and transparency • Prepare clear, concise presentations to communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree (with preference in Business/Workforce/Operations Management, Statistics, Economics/Finance or related fields) • Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience in complex work environments (projects with multiple stakeholder groups) • PMP, ScrumMaster or equivalent • Analytical Skills • PM Tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana) • Communication Skills (Oral & Written) • Microsoft Office Suite • Presentation Skills
