📋 Description
• Plan, execute, and scale high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve core business objectives • Build, test, and optimize targeted audience segments using demographics, user behavior, and custom/lookalike data • Track CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Retention metrics • Optimize campaign settings and budget allocation to meet efficiency goals • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ideate, brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts • Manage campaign budgets to optimize spend distribution and ROI without overspending • Prepare regular performance reports • Deliver data-backed insights and growth recommendations to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Proven successful track record as a Facebook Media Buyer, ideally within an agency, iGaming, or fast-paced performance marketing environment • Deep understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and Retention metrics • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager • Proficiency with Facebook Pixel setup • Proficiency with Conversions API (CAPI) • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics • Ability to turn campaign performance data into actionable creative briefs and winning hooks • High self-discipline • Meticulous attention to budget allocation • Strong collaborative skills for cross-team alignment
