📋 Description

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for product websites, satellite sites, and PBN networks. • Conduct market and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities, define launch priorities, and drive projects toward measurable business results. • Monitor rankings, algorithm updates, technical performance, and project risks, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits of large-scale and SPA-based websites and prepare clear technical specifications for developers. • Develop content strategies and provide actionable recommendations to the content team. • Build internal and external linking strategies and create anchor plans for SEO projects. • Define and track SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations. • Use tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Similarweb to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Content, and other teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of SEO initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 2 years in iGaming or other highly competitive niches. • Strong expertise in grey- and black-hat SEO, supported by successful cases involving PBNs, cloaking, and other non-standard promotion techniques. • Proven ability to manage multiple complex SEO projects simultaneously without compromising quality or delivery speed. • Strong experience handling domain blocks, including developing mitigation strategies and successfully migrating projects to mirrors or new domains in restricted GEOs. • Hands-on experience with SPA websites and related SEO challenges, including SSR and pre-rendering. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to conduct comprehensive technical audits and prepare precise optimization requirements for developers. • Proven ability to rank projects for high-value keywords in competitive markets. • Strong understanding of international SEO, GEO-specific SERPs, and search engine behavior across different markets. • Ability to prioritize initiatives, make independent decisions, and adapt quickly to algorithm changes. • Strong communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian for effective internal collaboration. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience setting up and launching websites on WordPress. • Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify non-obvious SEO opportunities. • Strong understanding of the price-quality relationship when evaluating backlinks and domains. • Experience with automation tools or AI-powered SEO workflows.
