📋 Description

• Acting as the company’s representative onboard, maintaining excellent guest relations • Serving as the main public relations contact for passengers, crew, and partners • Coordinating all tours and excursions organized during the cruise • Presenting the daily programs and delivering clear information to guests • Providing cultural and historical presentations related to the regions visited • Resolving problems and handling incidents to guarantee guest satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cruise Director on river cruises (highly valued) or similar leadership roles in tourism • Previous experience as a Tour Manager or Local Guide managing cultural trips is an asset • Very high level of English (bilingual required) • Strong skills in communication, public speaking, and guest service • Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to manage dynamic situations • Academic background in History, Art, or related fields will be considered an advantage
