📋 Description

• Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care consistent with Rivia Mind’s culture, values, and guiding principles • Maintain weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare • Maintain a consistent weekly patient-care schedule aligned with productivity expectations • Follow care-model practices emphasizing continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up, and effective calendar management • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated, patient-centered treatment plans • Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing • Provide clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment • Coach patients to manage ongoing health conditions and make positive behavior changes • Counsel patients and provide crisis intervention, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems • Comply with clinical standards and complete timely, thorough session-note documentation • Participate in a friendly, collaborative, co-learning work culture • Perform other related role and team-function duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active New York State license (LMSW/MHC-LP), or license-eligible/active associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, MHC or equivalent) • Up to 2 years of post-licensure experience if not independently licensed • Master's in Social Work or a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related graduate degree • At least one year of experience practicing psychotherapy; practicum clinical experience applies • Proficient with diverse technology platforms and systems, including Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software, and EHR platforms when applicable • Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required • Ability to provide telehealth clinical support and counseling to diverse patient populations • Additional language fluency is a plus • Experience or desire to work with couples is a plus • Certifications in CBT, DBT, or EMDR are a plus • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship unavailable
