📋 Description

• Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.) • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management • Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients (50/week) • Deliver care via a telehealth platform • Offer guidance to peers and supervisors • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings • Exemplify Rivia Mind's values and collaborative approach

🎯 Requirements

• Earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school • Completed a Psychiatry residency program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program • Active and in good standing license for at least one of these states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor • An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above • Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry • Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role within our practice • Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment • Psychotherapy Modality experience (CBT, DBT, etc.) • Patient Education • Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
