📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical care by independently managing direct patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education for patients in sexual health and metabolic health care • Complete side effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall clinical practice support • Coordinate care by triaging and escalating patient concerns to Staff RNs, Practitioners, Customer Care, and Patient Advocates according to Ro guidelines • Triage patient queries and adverse event reports, routing them to physicians, NPs, or medical leadership as needed • Use the custom EMR system to answer basic medical questions, educate patients about conditions and treatments, and provide lifestyle and holistic-therapy guidance • Adhere to nursing-care best practices and company-specific treatment policies • Review lab results using approved protocols to provide lifestyle coaching and weight-management education • Serve as a clinical resource for the non-clinical Care Team • Work independently and partner with RPM Providers • Report to an RN Lead throughout the contract

🎯 Requirements

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) • Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License • Bonus points for active, unencumbered Non-Compact Nursing Licenses (AK, CA, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR) • 4 years of clinical experience as an RN • Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role • Will be required to work on some holidays • Strong clinical judgment; applies clinical guidelines effectively and escalates appropriately • Clear, empathetic, and professional patient communication • Adherence to clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards • Ability to navigate synchronous and asynchronous workflows safely while leveraging technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot challenging situations • Ability to work collaboratively
