📋 Description

• Maintain and scale the primary recommendation system for the core product • Maintain, implement, and optimize natural language AI tools, including customer service chatbots for multiple brands • Solve complex problems using advanced ML, AI, mathematical modeling, and optimization techniques • Manage the full machine learning lifecycle, including preprocessing, feature engineering, problem formulation, algorithm selection and evaluation, modeling, hyperparameter tuning, and model deployment • Use predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes • Mine and analyze company database data to improve product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies • Design, develop, and implement production-level code • Own the full development cycle, including design, development, impact assessment, A/B testing, result interpretation, and production deployment • Serve as a subject matter expert in data, advanced analytics, and visualization • Ensure accurate interpretation of business metrics, data models, and reports • Coordinate with functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes • Ensure delivery of high-quality data products • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements • Champion a data-driven and customer-focused culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, analytics engineering, or similar highly analytical role • Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Analytics • Strong experience with Python • Strong experience with AWS services including S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock • Strong experience with AI engineering tooling including LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith • Strong experience with RAG systems including vector databases such as PGVector • Advanced SQL knowledge, including CTEs and window functions • Expertise building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production • Proven track record leading advanced Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI products and services • Experience creating predictive models for new product offerings • Ability to identify data science opportunities to improve products, processes, and model or analytical accuracy • Strong analytical ability to answer business questions with data • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate customer needs, architectural requirements, and product goals across cross-functional teams • Ability to translate complex processes for non-technical audiences • Ability to educate team members • Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment • Confident decision-making and ability to explain processes or choices • Successful completion of a background check
