📋 Description

• Oversee multiple branch directors and/or serve as a branch director • Motivate and provide direction to all branch employees • Responsible for incremental branch revenue growth • Lead marketing activities and maintain a productive business generation culture • Facilitate cross-market activities for all branches • Supervise the administrative functions of the branch offices • Achieve revenue, margin, and operating income goals • Build collaborative relationships throughout the organization and market • Create, develop, and execute on customer retention and expansion strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years management or equivalent experience required • 2+ years branch director management • 3+ years talent manager experience required • Proven performance in practice director and branch director roles • Experience developing and managing budgets • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
