📋 Description

• Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities • Introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with clients • Recruiting, evaluating and placing legal professionals in full-time positions • Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and candidates • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates • Participating in industry trade associations for local legal community presence

🎯 Requirements

• A business related degree preferred • Paralegal degree/certification and/or law degree a plus • 2+ years’ of experience in legal industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required • Proven track record of success • Excellent communication skills • High sense of urgency • Ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business
