📋 Description

• Ensure projects and initiatives reach their full potential by preparing stakeholders to embrace organizational change • Design, develop, and execute change management strategies and plans • Lead business process workshops to understand current and future-state processes • Assess organizational and role impacts and support targeted communications • Partner with training experts to develop end-user training programs • Define measurement methodologies for adoption, utilization, and proficiency • Issue regular reports to project leadership and escalate risks with mitigation plans • Develop change management plans for people, processes, workflows, and systems • Apply structured change management practices covering stakeholder analysis, coaching, communications, training, and resistance management • Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to sponsors and stakeholders • Integrate change management activities into overall project plans with the Project Manager • Advise and coach stakeholders, leaders, managers, and project teams • Identify people-side risks, resistance points, and mitigation plans • Build and lead sponsorship coalitions and partner with executive sponsors • Provide organizational change consultations and training • Recommend communications and training strategies and activities • Promote improvements to change management and project processes • Develop and review communications, training, change management, and project lifecycle procedures • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, best practices, regulations, and related technologies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Business, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience establishing and implementing organizational change management and support required • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Experience working with consulting resources preferred • Experience with higher education, a larger medical center, or a large complex and distributed enterprise preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear messaging for varied audiences • Strong group facilitation skills and experience turning working-session notes into high-quality deliverables • Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, colleagues, and staff • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges • Strong organizational problem-solving and root-cause identification skills • Prosci Organizational Change Management certification preferred
