📋 Description

• Independently plan, prioritize, manage, and execute the Corporate Compliance project portfolio. • Acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and/or third-party contractors or consultants. • Define project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle. • Prepare and assist in reporting to management and the Audit and Compliance Committee. • Minimize risk to the organization through audits, investigations and training. • Collaborate with health care professionals to discuss findings and offer advice and education as to how to improve compliance. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. • Track project milestones and deliverables. • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years project management experience desired; preferably in healthcare. • Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills • Demonstrated project management experience effectively working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment • Experience managing projects within an established standard project lifecycle framework • Lean Sigma, PMP or CAMP preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in healthcare Compliance required.
