📋 Description

• Partner semi-embedded with operations and customer support management teams on complex analytic work end-to-end • Frame questions, define measurement, and deliver evidence-based narratives influencing roadmap decisions • Build relationships with operations leadership and cross-functional partners • Lead high-impact ad hoc analyses of operations data and turn insights into recommendations impacting customer outcomes • Create self-service analytics, including dashboards, metric definitions, reusable queries/notebooks, and documentation • Apply data analytics methods and tools within operations and guide stakeholders in their use • Mentor and uplift teammates through reviews, feedback, and collaboration • Own initiative commitments through scope clarification, documentation, impact communication, and reprioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics • Proven experience working with operations teams to drive meaningful product improvements • Advanced SQL skills • Experience in a BI tool like Looker, Tableau, Databricks or PowerBI • Experience with light work in DBT or Airflow is a plus • Strong understanding of data systems and processes • Expertise in scalable, repeatable self-service analytics • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to ensure analytics tools are accurate, complete, and timely • Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus • Regularly use AI to assist in work while understanding its trade-offs
