📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and iteratively improve the product vision and roadmap • Evangelize a common understanding of the product vision and roadmap • Collaborate with stakeholders on product strategy, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue analysis • Anticipate user needs through market trends, user research, and product data evaluation • Maintain a healthy feature backlog to support continuous value delivery • Translate business and technical investment decisions into features • Ensure acceptance criteria are met before launch • Define functional and non-functional requirements to enable an intuitive user experience • Define scope of work for features, epics, or programs • Integrate product data, stakeholder ideas, and client feedback into requirements • Conduct trade-off analyses and prioritize technical debt, technical investment work, and client requests • Monitor feature progress, risks, and scope to anticipate and mitigate issues • Support team member onboarding and growth • Define product management best practices and processes with leadership • Mentor peers and elevate product team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline • Demonstrated experience with digital product management, including leading digital marketing strategies, advanced UX/UI design, and managing complex software development projects • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior product managers • Demonstrated ability to define and drive product strategy and deliver against key performance metrics • Strong experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and researchers • Experience with the fintech industry preferred
