• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers on your schedule • Conduct field events without closing transactions • Travel within your market to serve customers • Complete a quick application and video screen as part of the application process
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Background screening required • Independent contractor status
