• Active and unrestricted real estate license • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity • You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process • You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business • You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills • You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.
