Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them directly on your calendar. They handle many details for events, like organizing showing appointments and letting you know when and where to show up.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted real estate license • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity • You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process • You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business • You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently. • You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
