📋 Description
• Join Redfin’s team as a real estate agent • Maximize earnings through competitive commissions • Work with Redfin.com customers and proprietary CRM • Collaborate with inside sales team for client engagement • Support clients throughout the home buying and selling process
🎯 Requirements
• Active and unrestricted real estate license • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity • Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills • Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently
