• Show homes • Host open houses • Attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely in the field without office visits • Complete field events as an independent contractor • Participate in a video screening and recruiter follow-up during the application process
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Must pass background screening consistent with applicable law
