• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely out in the field without office visits • Complete field events as an independent contractor • Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin • Participate in the local MLS and Realtor Association • Travel within your market • Complete a quick application and video screen if invited
