📋 Description

• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Work with customers on a flexible schedule • Set your own hours and control your workload • Serve customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely in the field without office visits • Complete field events for customers without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Submit an application and participate in a video screen if minimum qualifications are met

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Must be able to work as an independent contractor
