📋 Description
• Show homes and host open houses • Attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Perform field events without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Work remotely out in the field without office visits • Complete a quick application and video screen if minimum qualifications are met
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Background screening required
