📋 Description
• Show homes and host open houses • Attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Work remotely in the field without office visits • Complete a video screen and recruiter process if meeting minimum qualifications • Attend field events as an independent contractor
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Ability to pass background screening consistent with applicable law
