• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely out in the field without office visits • Submit a quick application and complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met • Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Must complete background screening consistent with applicable law
